Content Management

e4education has developed its own web-based content management software, built specifically for schools. The easy-to-use system allows schools to create interactive, exciting and unlimited web pages.

Photography & Virtual Tours

We believe a picture says a thousand words and good imagery on your website will ensure you have a visually stunning website. e4education provides professional photographic services and 360° virtual tours to support your website offering.

Support & Maintenance

We provide all our clients with a high level of customer support. Whether you require technical or practical help you can rely on e4education.

Our annual support and maintenance fee includes:

  • E-mail and telephone support during office hours
  • One year’s licence of the e4education content management system
  • Your own dedicated customer care contact at e4education
  • Traffic stats on your website
  • Software enhancements & updates

Hosting is free of charge with e4education (when we build your website) and includes:

  • Daily backups of your website
  • Disaster recovery

Graphic Design & Illustration

e4education can also provide you with a full graphic design service including logos, letterheads and brochures. We have a team of highly talented artists and designers who can provide unique illustrations for your website or learning materials.

Bespoke software development

e4education designs and develops web-based software specifically for the education market. We have expertises in the main programming languages and are able to develop software to work with existing school infrastructure, such as the school Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) or Management Information System. We also provide a VLE solution based around Moodle.

Step One

An effective and logical structure to your website

We will work with you to create a logical structure for your website to ensure visitors can find what they need quickly and easily.

Step Two

An individual and stunning website design

We will discuss your ideas to identify what style of website you are looking for; this could be vibrant and fun or corporate and formal. Our design team will create some initial concepts and work with you to revise and finalise the website design. Once you are happy with your design we will build your website.

Step Three

Building your website

Once your design and structure are approved we will build your website. At this stage you will need to gather content to upload to your website, such as a welcome message, newsletters, diary dates, latest news, pupils' work, a who's who or web links.

Step Four

Populating your website

e4education will initially help your school to populate the website. You can contact our customer care team by telephone (0845 257 0224) or e-mail 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. We can also offer training on our content management system and supporting literature to guide you through the process.

Step Five

Going Live

Your website looks fantastic, your structure is logical and every page is full of exciting content. Let's go live!
